A Bedrock Algorithms licence grants you the right to run our trading software in your own brokerage account for the term you paid for. We are not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer or commodity trading advisor. We do not manage your money, we do not hold your money, and nothing we publish is investment, tax or legal advice.

The software runs against a brokerage account you own and control, through a connection you authorise and can revoke at any time. We take no custody of client funds at any point. There is no pooled vehicle, no fund, and no transfer of your assets to us.

A licence covers one person and their own accounts. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense or publish the software, and you may not use it to operate accounts for third parties without a separate written agreement. Reverse engineering the ruleset is prohibited.

You can lose money, including all of it. Performance shown on this site is hypothetical and derived from backtesting; it does not represent actual trading and does not predict future results. You are responsible for deciding whether the software suits your circumstances and for how much capital you allocate to it.

The software is provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from the software or these terms is capped at the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for trading losses, missed trades, brokerage outages, data feed failures or any indirect or consequential loss.

You may stop using the software and revoke its access at any moment. We may terminate a licence for breach of these terms, and will refund the unused portion of an annual licence if we do so for any reason other than your breach. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
This section covers the software licences — COS and Momentum Plus. Delivery is the line. Until we send you the software you can cancel for any reason and get everything back. Once it is in your hands the sale is final, because at that point you have the thing you paid for and we cannot take it back. R-Desk is a monthly subscription and works differently: see § 03.

Delivery is the moment we email you the software and its setup directions. It is not the moment you finish installing it, and not the moment you place a first trade — you set the system up yourself, at your own pace, and the licence is already yours before you begin. We normally deliver within one business day of purchase.

Email hello@bedrockalgorithms.com before we have sent you the software and we refund you in full, no reason required. Because delivery usually happens within one business day, this window is short in practice — if you are unsure, ask your questions before you buy rather than after.

After the software has been sent to you the licence is non-refundable. This applies to both the annual and the lifetime licence, and it applies whether or not you go on to install it or run it. You can stop using the software and revoke its access whenever you like, but the fee for the current term is not returned.

If you have no Mac meeting the requirements — COS is macOS 12 or newer only, and there is no Windows or Linux version — or your brokerage turns out to be incompatible, or we conclude the system is a poor fit for your situation, we refund you in full regardless of how long it has been. This is the only case in which we refund after delivery. Every requirement is listed on the products page above the price, so please check them before paying — but if you got it wrong, we would rather return the money than keep it for something that cannot work.

For COS and Momentum Plus licences we do not store your card or charge you again automatically. When a term is ending we invoice you, and you choose whether to continue. Nothing is ever taken from you by surprise. The R-Desk subscription is the one product that bills on a schedule, and it says so plainly at checkout.
R-Desk is a subscription rather than a licence, so the rules above about delivery do not apply to it. Here is what does.

Access to R-Desk, a position-sizing calculator and trade journal that runs in your browser, for as long as your subscription is active. It is a tool: it does not recommend trades, generate signals, or tell you when to buy or sell, and nothing in it is financial advice. It is provided as-is.

$10 a month, charged by Stripe on the same day each month until you cancel. This is the one product on this site that bills automatically. It is stated at checkout, and Stripe emails you a receipt for every charge.

Cancel any time from your billing portal — the link is on the page you land on after subscribing and in every receipt. Access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for, and no further charges are made. We do not refund the remainder of a month already billed.

Access is granted to the email address you used at checkout. You log in with that address and a 6-digit code sent to it; there is no password. If you subscribe with one address and try to log in with another, it will not work — write to us and we will sort it out.

R-Desk has no server and no database. Your journal is stored in your own browser on your own device and is never sent to us. That is a feature — nobody can see your trades — and it has one consequence you must understand: if you clear your browser data, or lose the device, the journal is gone and we cannot restore it, because we never had it. The app has a one-click Backup that saves a file you own. Use it.

The Hyperliquid sync reads from your public wallet address only. It cannot trade and cannot move funds. Imports from other brokers are files you export yourself and load into your own browser.

No analytics, no advertising pixels, no cookies set by us, no session recording. The enquiry form does not transmit anything from the page — it opens a message in your own mail client, which you send yourself. We only know you visited if you choose to write to us.

Your name, email address, the brokerage you use and the correspondence between us. For COS clients, the operational logs the software produces about its own execution. For R-Desk subscribers, the email you log in with — and nothing else: your journal never leaves your browser. We never ask for and never hold your brokerage password or account credentials.

Stripe processes payments and, for R-Desk, the monthly billing, and receives your name, email and card details directly — card details never pass through this site. Cal.com handles support call bookings. Cloudflare serves this website and registers the domain. Apple iCloud hosts our email. Each holds only what that function requires. We do not sell, rent or share your data with anyone else.

Write to hello@bedrockalgorithms.com and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it — subject only to records we are legally required to keep, such as transaction records for tax purposes.
